🏌️‍♂️⛳ Hole in One! ⛳🏌️‍♂️

I often say to clients who are heading off to competitions or chasing big goals:

“When you win, don’t forget to thank your chiropractor on the podium!”

Well… this weekend I found myself needing to take my own advice after scoring my very first hole in one! 🎉

A huge shout-out to Ellie for keeping me moving, functioning, and feeling my best. Whether it’s helping me unwind, recover from the physical demands of work, or simply keeping my nervous system in a good place, her care has been an important part of my health routine.

Now, I’m not claiming that chiropractic guarantees a hole in one… 😉 but I’m also not saying it doesn’t!

Thank you, Ellie, for the incredible work you do and for helping keep this chiropractor in the game.

Welcoming the newest member of our Trinity Wellness team… Physiotherapist Ahsan!

Ahsan has experience in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation. He has a special interest in knee, ACL, sports injuries, and return-to-sport rehabilitation.

He completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy and Master’s in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, and is currently undertaking a PhD in Sports and Exercise Science at Auckland University of Technology (AUT), focusing on ACL rehabilitation and recovery outcomes.

Ahsan takes an evidence-based and patient-centred approach, helping people reduce pain, restore movement, and safely return to daily activities, work, and sport.

Ever had one of those moments where you’re forced to slow down… and realise how much your body needed it? 🌿

Today I tried a Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber for the first time hyperbarichealthnz , and honestly, it felt like a mini vacation for my nervous system. 😌✨

For an hour, I had permission to simply rest, breathe, and switch off from the constant “go-go-go” pace of life and business.

As someone who spends a lot of time looking after others, I’m learning that recovery and healing aren’t luxuries… they’re part of the process. 💚

I walked out feeling:
