We're celebrating World Spine Day on October 16 — and this year, we want YOU to help us decide how! 🌿

The theme is "Spine Health for Life" and we're planning something special for our Warkworth community. But we need your help picking the event!

**Vote below — which one would you come to?**

👟 Option A: WALK WITH THE DOC
A community walk led by our chiropractor, Dr. Lindsay, Fresh air, great company, and a chat about spine health along the way.

🧘 Option B: PILATES INTRO CLASS
A beginner-friendly Pilates session where our chiros will join in alongside you. Fun, gentle, and great for your spine.

Comment "A" for the walk or "B" for Pilates — or react:
👍 = Walk With the Doc
❤️ = Pilates Intro Class

We'll go with whichever gets the most love! Tell your friends and family too — the more the merrier. 🙌

📅 Event Date: Friday, October 16
📍 Location TBC — we'll share details once we know which event we're running!

🎉 Congratulations to all of our Friends & Family Month prize winners! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who took part throughout June and helped make it such a fun month. We loved welcoming so many new faces into the clinic!

A special thank you to Studio Pilates Warkworth for generously donating 3 class passes, and to all of our amazing practitioners who also donated prizes to help make this promotion possible. Your generosity is truly appreciated.

Congratulations to all of our lucky winners—we hope you enjoy your prizes! 🎁💙

If you didn’t get the chance to bring along a friend or family member during June, don’t worry. Simply have a chat with your practitioner at your next visit—we’d still love to help your loved ones experience what we do, and we’ll see what we can arrange.

Thank you again to our wonderful community for your ongoing support. We can’t wait to see you in the clinic soon!

New prizes added!!

Thank you to our friends Studio Pilates Warkworth for donating 10 x 3 free class pass vouchers. These are going to be added to our friends and family prize draw at the end of the month.

There is only 1 week to go for our friends and family month. So if you have a loved one you think could benefit from our care, make sure to let them know.

🏌️‍♂️⛳ Hole in One! ⛳🏌️‍♂️

I often say to clients who are heading off to competitions or chasing big goals:

“When you win, don’t forget to thank your chiropractor on the podium!”

Well… this weekend I found myself needing to take my own advice after scoring my very first hole in one! 🎉

A huge shout-out to Ellie for keeping me moving, functioning, and feeling my best. Whether it’s helping me unwind, recover from the physical demands of work, or simply keeping my nervous system in a good place, her care has been an important part of my health routine.

Now, I’m not claiming that chiropractic guarantees a hole in one… 😉 but I’m also not saying it doesn’t!

Thank you, Ellie, for the incredible work you do and for helping keep this chiropractor in the game.

Here’s to celebrating the wins—big and small—and to having a great team around you that helps you perform at your best.

P.S. Ellie, if anyone asks, we’re officially adding “Hole in One Performance Enhancement Specialist” to your job description. 😄🏌️‍♂️⛳
