Our audiology family is growing!

Sarah Lies is bringing on our newest member, which means she’ll be away taking care of her family over the next few months! Don’t worry, her clinic will be looked after by other MNZAS audiologists to make sure you’re getting the care you need. Please call in advance (04 390 0011) to book your appointment so we know someone will be there to help you.

Going forward from Wednesday 29th April for Sarah Lies Hearing...

Although we are still under strict controls during Alert Level 3, I am eager to support our Government as we move towards the restart of safe businesses and the economy.

My main priority, of course, is our health and safety. I want to assure you my clinic will continue to operate safely under strict Alert Level 3 controls. Here is what that means for visits and appointments:

*During Alert Level 3 my clinic will be open for emergency appointments only. Please call me to discuss your needs and I can advise you on whether an in-person appointment is required, or whether we need to wait until Alert Level 2. Please do not pop by without an appointment.

*I can also accept hearing aids for repairs on-site or those needing off-site repair, and can likely also fit insurance replacement hearing aids if yours have been damaged beyond repair or lost during lockdown.

*I will be operating a one-in, one-out policy in the clinic. I would prefer not to have anyone waiting in the waiting room. Please wait in your car and I will come get you and es**rt you directly in to my clinic room.

*I am stocked with consumables such as filters, batteries etc and I can arrange non-contact delivery of these items to you at home.

We are halfway through our lockdown NZ. Some of us may be finding the lockdown harder than others. Here are some suggestions to help you through this time. If you do have any questions please feel free to call.

As per the government’s announcement yesterday going to level 4 Sarah Lies Hearing will be closing the clinic at 2 pm today until further notice from the government.

If you have any queries during this time please call the landline as it will be diverted to my cell phone and I will try to assist as much as possible.

Please take care of yourselves and remember we are all in this together.

Happy Holidays and Season’s Greetings. Sarah Lies Hearing will be taking a break for the holidays. If you need something urgently please leave a message at 043900011 as it will be monitored. I will be back in the office on the 6th Jan.
