YOGA, Hatha flow, spaces available for term two from this Tuesday. Local, relaxed yoga at your pace to suit your energy levels in a big and comfortable space. Blocks, straps and some mats available for your use. These classes suit all. Experienced and qualified teacher (me) to provide a nourishing yoga session each and every Tuesday (term time.)

Hatha Flow, Tuesdays 7-8pm, Karori Baptist Church, 21 July- 22 September, 8 classes remaining for $120.00 or casual rate $17.00

Somatic Yoga, Saturdays 4-5pm, Karori Bridge Club, Drama Club room, 25 July- 26 September 8 weeks remaining $120.00 (2 spots left)

A wonderful weekend yoga retreat in rural Martinborough this weekend with these eight beautiful woman. We soaked up the much needed sun, starry night skies, walks, much food and hatha flow, somatic, breath work and yoga nidra with sessions at both ends of the day. A lot of laughter, conversation, relaxation and of course yoga and food to nourish the soul. Same time next year! Let's do it again x

GENTLE YOGA, suits mature people or those who like to take yoga at a relaxed pace and is also good for injury rehabilitation.
If you seek strength, flexibility, balance in a welcoming fun setting with like minded people then come and give it a go. These sessions are for everyone and no yoga experience or knowledge is required. Classes include chair based yoga, standing to the chair for balance and lying on the mat for somatic movement and gentle stretching/strengthening.
Yoga brings so many benefits including; an increase of muscle strength and mass, increased bone density, better cardiovascular health and breath awareness, balance, greater flexibility, all while promoting mindfulness and relaxation.

Availability:
Classes are held at the Karori Bridge Club, Drama Club room on the ground floor.

Wednesdays 11.30-12.30, 22 April- 1 July, 11 classes, total cost $143.00

Fridays 9.30- 10.30, 24 April- 3 July, 11 classes, total cost $143.00

Hatha Flow classes on Tuesdays, Karori Baptist Church.
Tuesdays 7-8pm, 21 April- 30 June, 11 week term, total cost $165.00

Somatic Yoga classes on Saturdays Drama Club room, Karori Bridge Club.
Saturdays 4-5pm, 25 April- 27 June, 10 weeks, total cost $150.00. NOW FULLY BOOKED

Casual rate based on availability is $17.00 when booked prior.
