Te Wiki Hauora Wāhine | Women’s Health Week 💜

Day 7 - Te Whare Tapa Whā 🌿

Marking the Māori New Year or Te Mātahi o te Tau. We take time to remember those who have passed, celebrate the people and experiences that fill our lives with joy and look ahead to the hopes and plans we have for the forthcoming year. Whichever way you choose to celebrate Matariki, may it bring you time for reflection, connection, and renewed hope.

Acupuncture is recognised as a complementary therapy in smoking cessation and other types of addiction recovery. Acupuncture aims to restore energy pathways and balance, and can assist in the reduction of cravings and withdrawal symptoms. It may also reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance overall well‑being, making it a useful adjunct to conventional treatment methods.
