This is our Advanced postnatal mums trying out TRX with Habit Evans Bay manager Sam.

This was the best combination as Sam was TRX trained and I am postnatal core restore trained. He described TRX and I added in the core connecting cues - magic!

This was the first time we had done this. All the mums loved it - so good to try new things. 😀💪💃

Acupuncture to induce labor can significantly shorten labor time when compared to conventional treatment only. While this is a small study, my clinical experience is the same. Very often, women can avoid a chemical induction altogether.
