Over the weekend I did an amazing voice course with Sylvia Rands called the four elements of voice. I went into the weekend with zero expectations. I had been told her courses were great and when a friend asked if I wanted to go I thought why not. All I can say is WOW!!!! This work is transformational, who knew there was such depth in understanding your own voice, and the effect voice work can have on your body and confidence. Sylvia's knowledge on voice and how to use it is amazing, she has trained with many voice coaches around the world, starred in movies and has many acting and speaking roles on her list of achievements, her ability to support you to use tones you may not have for years and to help you to understand why you don't use your voice in certain ways is brilliant, sometimes life experiences stop us using our voice. Her course suits everyone and anyone who is curious about their voice or wants to explore how to use their voice better, the transformational ability of finding and inderstanding your voice has blown me away.
