​As we move into a new season, I am reaching out to share an update regarding my Clinical Therapy Practice rates, which will be adjusting as at Thursday, 1 October 2026.

​Over the past few years, I realised my fee structure was gently underestimating the true running costs of a Natural Therapy Clinical Practice and did not accurately reflect GST requirements.

More importantly, I wanted my fees to thoughtfully honour my 15 years of clinical experience, continuous post-graduate training, and the deep, specialised care—such as:

*Reflexology
*Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD)

*Holistic and Traditional lntegrative Naturopathic and Intuitive Guidance—that I bring into every session with all my valued clients.

​Stepping into this alignment allows me to keep offering the highest level of dedicated, individualised care for all of your health and wellbeing.

​Our Transition & Grace Period:
To support you through this change, all appointments booked between now, 9 September 2026 - Wednesday, 30 September 2026 - will be fully honoured at my current Clinical Therapy rates.

🌿What is Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage?

🌿I provide a combination of Reflexology and Lymphatic Drainage techniques, mostly provided on the feet, to encourage movement of stagnant Lymphatic fluid through lymph nodes located at various sites throughout the body up towards your heart for removal of internal waste and toxins.

🌿This helps to reduces oedema and improves the highway exchange between nutrients and toxins/waste.

🌿Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage RLD also drains lymphoedema (fluid retention), which may be a symptom of dysfunctional heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid function. Lipoedema can also be a genetically inherited imbalance and also related to hormonal imbalances.

🌿Oedema may also result from injury to a lymph node site, surgery, pregnancy, allergies, inflammation, medications or toxin build-up.

🌿Poor water intake and food choices, as well as high stress and inflammation can also contribute to oedema.

Cooler temps expose and encourage access to Folk and Whanāu, without my respect or permission, to invading passing virus and bacteria.
