Whose voice is speaking?
It's noisy out there in the field. Many are feeling it in their bodies, in the voices and conversations around us. The world is shaking...literally. The field feels tense in areas and some can't help but be in reaction mode.
When you react strongly, have you ever stopped and wondered:
- Is this actually me?
- Or am I hearing the voice of a younger me?
- My mum? My dad? My grandparents? Who else?
We carry more voices than we realise.
The words we never got to say.
The emotions we weren't allowed to express.
The needs we learned to suppress.
And sometimes, the stories and silences that travelled through our families.
It's spilling out
Perhaps the work isn't about getting rid of these voices.
Perhaps it's about hearing them.
What wants to be seen, felt, heard and expressed now?
What might become lighter when it finally gets a voice?
A rightful place
Not a righteous one

The aim of the vocal toning meditation is co-creating a meditative sound space. Intoning as it is also called is the creation of extended vocal sounds on a single vowel. I call it mono-toning. We are not singing or performing in these session

EEE - OOO - ERR - AH - EH - UUU - AYE - AIR
Also included is humming or OM or AUM

Sometimes one can intone several vowel sounds on the out breath where the pitch is kept the same. Today's theme was Ruphehu so we intoned the vowels UU-EE-UU

Self Care as a Foundation
Looking back, I see how much I needed to learn the language of self-care.
For me, it began with Reiki a feeling relief that invited me back into my own body. The very first time, just fifteen minutes, it felt as if someone had lifted a weight I didn’t know I was carrying.
The second time, tears rose that I hadn’t known were there. The first time after that, images came through in a waking state — small revelations pulling curtain corners aside. The image of me standing on a train platform, watching a train pull away, and feeling the option to leave a heavy suitcase behind.
That moment — choosing to step onto the path instead of hauling the baggage — was the start of my journey into consciousness.
Self-care gave me relief and the basics of mental and energetic hygiene. More than pampering, it became the foundation: a way to clear, notice, and meet my patterns so I could begin to choose differently.
From that steadier ground, the spiral opened: deeper awareness, softer courage, and the freedom to craft a life that feels lighter. Opportunities started to flow to me with more ease. Seeking became finding and remembering.

Ponder Beyonder | Our Success In Life
Many people assume healing means forgiving, reconnecting, or having a relationship with their parents. In Family & Systemic Constellations, the invitation is different.
It is simply to recognise reality.
These are the people through whom life came.
When we can acknowledge that fact - even while holding healthy boundaries, we often discover more energy becomes available for our own life.
Acknowledging is not agreeing.
Accepting is not approving.
Honouring life is not excusing harm.
Sometimes it's simply saying,
"Thank you for the gift of life."
The rest belongs with them.
