The breakup isn’t what breaks people.
It’s the meaning they take on from it.
“I wasn’t chosen.”
“I wasn’t enough.”
“I’m not worthy.”
“I’m too much.”
“I’m unlovable.”
“I'm a failure.”
And once that meaning gets attached, it can start running the show.
You start feeling the pain of what you now believe it says about you.
But here’s the truth:
- You were not born unworthy.
- You were not born “not enough.”
- You were not born broken, rejected, or hard to love.
Those meanings were learned through painful human experiences.
When life hurts deeply enough, we forget the real truth:
- That we are worthy.
- That we are enough.
- And we always have been enough.
Our value was never dependent on one person choosing us, staying with us, understanding us, or loving us the way we hoped they would.
The deeper healing is not just “getting over the breakup.” It’s releasing the meaning you took on from it.
When you heal the belief underneath the pain, the pain can be released because now you KNOW who you really are.
That’s exactly what I help people with ❤️
