I am excited to share that I am now offering internal pelvic assessments for birth prep and postpartum.
Over the past year, I've completed specialized training with Sands Training NZ and the Institute for Birth Healing. I have learnt so much more about common pelvic health presentations and treatment/management options!

I feel so fortunate that caring for Mums and babies is now a significant majority of my work.
So I must thank YOU wholeheartedly. For trusting me with your selves and your babies. For telling your friends and sisters-in-law, colleagues, and clients. For coming back with your next baby (or your teenager!). You humble me. You make my day. I am so, so grateful you allow me to have this amazing work I cherish and that lights me up. What a blessing!

UPDATE 2/3
Have you met my fabulous colleague Tessa? Tessa was a couple years above me at uni, and I'm thrilled she decided to join us at Norfolk Clinic when she moved north last month! She really enjoys family practice (i.e. meeting everybody!) but is particularly keen on Women's Health, Hypermobility, and Children with retained reflexes and autism spectrum disorders. Tessa also has qualifications in Nutrition and Pilates to support in a truly holistic manner.
As part of this, I have cut back to working 4 days a week. So if ever you can't get in to see me, see Tessa! I'm feeling super lucky to have her by my side 🥳

After seven wonderful years moving more and more towards a Mum and baby specialty, I will be focusing exclusively on Pregnancy, Postpartum, Babies, and Pelvic Health for the next few months.
