Our relationship with our mother can hold so many layers.

There may be love, longing, gratitude, pain, protection, expectations and things that were never spoken.

And sometimes, without realising it, we can carry parts of our mother’s story with us.

This free online workshop is an opportunity to gently explore our maternal lineage and become curious about what we have received, what we may still be carrying, and what it might mean to take in the love that is available to us.

There is nothing to fix or force.

Just a space to pause, explore and see what may become possible when we look at our relationship with our mother and our lineage with fresh eyes.

In this seminar, we’ll explore what it can mean to reconnect with the gifts of our ancestors — not only what we may have carried as challenges or patterns, but also the strengths, resources and wisdom that have come through those who came before us.

Sometimes reconnecting with where we come from can help us see ourselves and our lives with a little more understanding, possibility and appreciation.

Before she was your mother, she was a daughter too.

She had her own mother.
Her own experiences.
Her own hopes and disappointments.
Things she received and things she may never have received.

This doesn't mean we have to excuse everything that happened.

But sometimes, understanding the women who came before us can help us see our own story with a little more compassion.

We are part of a much bigger story than the one we can see.

And sometimes, exploring our connection with the women who came before us can open a new way forward.
