If you are keen -Join us on Sunday 21st June at 9am as we celebrate International Yoga Day with a free class at Yoga Whitianga.
International Yoga Day is recognised around the world as an opportunity to experience the benefits of yoga and to acknowledge its ability to support health, wellbeing, and connection. Whether you are completely new to yoga or have an established practice, you are warmly welcome to join us.
The class will be based on the principles of Iyengar Yoga, with a focus on accessibility, alignment, and mindful movement. Props will be available, and options will be offered to suit a range of abilities and experience levels.
This is a wonderful opportunity to try a class, bring a friend, or reconnect with your practice in a welcoming and supportive environment.
