We aim to enrich the lives of the communities and members which we serve by providing innovative programmes and employing inspirational and high experienced people. Since 2009 Pro Tennis offers fantastic programs with a large variety of activities.We are well recognized in Oman with a

high level of tennis experience delivering coaching to both the local community and also to students from all over the world. All of our coaches are registered eithter with ITF, PTR (Professional Tennis Registry) or the USTA (United States Tennis Association).Our goal is to make children enjoy tennis in a fun, safe and challenging environment to reach their full potential on and off court. We provide a welcoming tennis environment offering tennis to all ages and abilities. Can you manage schedules, people, and pressure — all at the same time?

ProTennis Oman is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Scheduling Executive to support the academy’s day-to-day operations.

This is a fast-paced role involving:
• Scheduling & coordination
• Parent and client communication
• Enquiry handling & onboarding
• CRM & systems management
• Operational workflow support

We are looking for someone who is:
✔ Highly organized
✔ Strong at multitasking
✔ Excellent in communication
✔ Comfortable with technology and digital tools
✔ Calm and solution-oriented under pressure

Experience in operations, scheduling, customer coordination, hospitality, academies, or service environments is an advantage.
