Moon Bites ✨🌙✨
A grounding ritual for the luteal phase, nervous system healing, and feminine nourishment.
Lately I’ve been exploring seed cycling, hormone support, and the energetics of how we nourish ourselves as women through the different phases of our cycle.
These moon bites were inspired by a café treat I had a few weeks ago… but after recreating them at home, they evolved into something much more intentional: a mineral-rich, grounding “integration bite” designed to support the nervous system and sustain energy gently throughout the morning.

✨ h**p seeds
✨ tart cherry
✨ almond butter
✨ ancient grain oats
✨ coconut
✨ raw honey
These are perfect with tea, chai, or coffee in the morning for hormonal balance or after shamanic work to ground the energy.
