Happy new year beautiful souls ✨. I didn't post about my experiences in the jungle in 2021, but as I head back to Peru tonight- I'm feeling compelled to share with you! In 2021 I spent 3 months in the jungle with eight weeks in a shamanic healing course outside of Iquitos, Peru working with amazing Shaman and powerful sacred plants. This course was so amazing that I've decided to take it for a second time.

This week I'll fly back to the jungle to repeat the 8 week course and my plan is to take a break for 10 days to integrate what I've learned and then spend another 21 days with the plants and my teachers (included lots of fasting, solitude, silence, meditation). My time will be spent deepening my spiritual practice and my connection to the master plants. When I return, I plan to take everything I've learned to serve medicine in a more authentic way. 🌱
