🐝A message to my younger version that I still value and it may serve to many of you🐝

⛰️Never be in service to people and places that don't value or take accountability to your gifts and your time.

✨️Don't be loyal to anything that creates spiritual hooks, multidimensional contracts, or anything to please anyone.

🌵Be true to your own heart, to your path, to your honour your journey. 🪷

🔥Your truth, not exactly, will be someone's else's truth, path, or journey.

🌻Yet, dom Dim yourself to fit!

💎Honour your Inner wisdom, your intuition, your psychic habilities, and your spiritually.

Honour your physical body, your experiences on Earth and many life and past generations.

🐚

🌬People will cross your way to teach you to help you remember who you are, your gifts, and perhaps to weaken or strengthen your path, but you don't own them anything.

🪶They will only appear to your life to show how you are and where you are in your Jouney!

🪶Be kind, be honest, be gentle, but set boundaries.

🌻Give space and take space. Be in silence, but also be loud, dance, sing your heart out, be authentic, let yourself flourish.

For a long time, I lived in a Cage.
A cage with doors opened.

I was too scary to leave the cage
Because my wings were not strong enough to fly, my legs were not strong enough to walk.

I stayed there my whole life thinking that I was free.

That was an Ancestral conditioning, a pattern of fears & submission.

I never wanted to blame anyone, I wanted to resolve all on my own, with Love, compassion and acceptance !

So, I left, I kept leaving all toxic environments that made me feel small, voiceless &guilty.

I always thought that was something wrong w/ me.

I kept leaving, untill I found myself alone.
I then found myself in my own cage, with doors opened, again.

I started to dig in, deeper and deeper, I went to very dark Ancestral places, inside my lineages through womb healing, family constelations, many plant medicines🐍🌵🍄🌵, and many healing modalities, including my Breathwork Journey where I broke through my anger.

I really understtody my role, while healing, grieving, and awakening all parts of myself that were swollen by the shame of being a woman, living in survival mode.

I learnt everything again, like a child, to love again & again, accepting, releasing, accepting again, & not avoiding my pain or my anger.

I transformed in love, healing my womb, giving love, retreaving my lost or untouched parts of my soul.

I walked in the dark many times, I was alone. I had faith, I always knew, that I could make art, I could dive deep to remember my soul journey, and to enjoy being a woman on this earth and to feel whole again, after many generations walking broken. Trying to fix and carry Ancestral pain.

I understood more about my role, and what to do, when I started to walk here on this Land.

Peru, the Andean Mountains, presented to myself as a mirror of my strength, love, abundance, and she held me, to grief, once more, to release and to come back to myself, embodying everything what I am.
I understood that I didn't come here to fix anything. I came here to be held, to grief, and learn how to love again myself, to accept everything as it is.
To create bond with my shadows, to remember, to retreave my gifts, my courage, and my path.. ⬇️

Abril: O Mês que Abriu ⚘️🌻🪶

Abril: Abriu.
Abriu o céu.
Abriu o mar.
Abriu o coração.
Abriu-se o amor.
Abriu-se o ventre de Nascimento.

Este mês completo quase meio século ✨️ 48 anos de renascimentos.

Escolhi um país onde meu corpo finalmente sente a calma.⛰️

Uma terra onde minha alma pediu para descansar, beber água fresca, nutrir-se e recolher flores. 🌻🌹

Aqui, plantei e planto sementes fortes e sólidas. 🕊

Hoje, amo cada fragmento da minha história.

Já não romantizo a vida como sendo sempre fácil, mas mantenho o romance no coração. Meus pés criaram raízes, mas minhas asas já sabem voar alto.🪶

Quando canso, volto ao meu refúgio para repousar.🛖

Rego meu jardim. 🏕

Busco a verdade nas palavras e ações. Preencho-me com meus cantos, práticas e rituais.❤️‍🔥

Viver em harmonia com minha espiritualidade me ensinou sobre a liberdade de me habitar, sem medo ou vergonha. 🪻

When was the last time you did something for the first time?

It looks like a "clichê", but yes, I did come to an OPEN MIC at in the Sacred Valley - Peru, and I shared my original song.

With so much nervously and butterflies in my stomach, my body was shaking, I felt that I was crazy. I played In a steel string guitar after a long time. I Felt like a kid in the school for the first time.

But, I did it! Its just the start.
I remembered that in order to get better we need to start from somewhere right?

I am over the moon, feeling blessed to the next steps of my journey.

I love sharing music. Knowing that I have so much to learn, I challenge myself every time and I like to inspire people to do the same in all my single circles.

This song is also taken shape, and I am taking my time to dive in each time.

Thanks all my friends that encouraged me to be on the Open Mic Stage.

"Coração de Colibri"

É uma canção autoral, recebida em 2021, enquanto completava minha segunda formação de Cacao, no formato Online, por com Taita Izaias e sua esposa.

Estudávamos a comovisão Maia e no mês que recebi a canção, recebi tambem uma mensagem muito importante, durante uma canalização de Taita Izaias.

Me recordo que chorei muito pela mensagem, pois na época, não enxergva 100% meu potencial.

Estávamos entrando no ano do Colibri e eu ja tinha canalizadl essa canção um mês antes da mensagem!

Ela virou uma canção simples, acolhedora, depois passada ao violão e traduzida ao Inglês, sem formatos ou Estética formal.

Simplesmente fluindo, assim, ela virou forma!

✨️✨️✨️
Aqui nesse vídeo, depois de uma intensa noite de sonhls apocalípticos na praia das Sirenas na Ilha do Sol - Lago Titicaca, fui grava-la e me banhar na sua melodia.

Porém, me sentía frustrada pojs minha voz não saia direito, me sentia sem fluidez, diante de tanta fluidez do lago.

Aqui eram 6:30am da manhã, e eu fazia meu rezo.

Em algum momento, comparto uma melhor versão.

Como aqui comparto minha autenticidade, não haverá perfeição, mas aim, minha forma de ver o mundo e compartir quando sinto que é o momento tambem!

Com muita gratidão a essa rede que me apoia, ao meu servir ao pequeno mundo a minha volta, a Medicina do Cacao, ao Lago Titicaca e a todos os seres que cruzam meu caminho.

Fui pescada pelo coração e me adentrei aos mistérios das sirenitas.

Fui a resolver algo burocrático na divisa de Bolivia, porém, aberta para conhecer as Ilhas do lago Titicaca.

2 dias antes de ir, meu corpo tremia, minhas emoções estavam desaguando, e ja sentia toda intensidade.

Cheguei na divisa de Bolivia/Peru, logo encontrei um mago Wuachumeiro que me sussurrou sobre uma praia das Sirenas e um outro tesouro a ser visitado.

Caminhei um pouco para decidir, e claro que voltei ao mago e comprei meu billhete de ida.

Sua companheira me guiou.
Entrei em uma vila local, participei de uma celebração local da Escola, Caminhei pelos templos solares de sabedoria e mistério.

Porém o que mais moveu foi que me alojei na praia das Sirenitas.
Sozinha (de humanos), sem vizinhos, sem hospedes, sem Luz eletrica.

Somente vela, meu violão, o mar, a Lua e alguns medos.

Minha porta não trancava.🐚

Sonhei muitos sonhos vividos.
Na primeira manhã por 5am, choveu muito, e depois muitos granizos, como uma purificação profunda.

A praia amanheceu branca de gelo.
Praia de águas doces do lago Titicaca.

Ali, vesti me de azul, ofereci meu rezo, chorei, desaguei. O que nem sabia o que tinha para desaguar.

Então, ainda na integração, vejo que algo mudou.

Uma flechada que vai além de palavras.

Algo que silenciava, foi libertado.

Como se um segredo que guardava foi desnudado.

Assim, vou seguindo, a compreender o que esse grande portal abriu-se em mim, e libertou-se.
