Here's the spread I created - not finished yet but I'll continue to work on it!
We met our future higher selves who gave us messages that we needed to hear that we wrote under the flowers and garden that gave us strength for whatever we had decided to move ahead and accomplish.
Here's the poem we had focused on:

I was so amazed that so many women in the group had shared that they did not feel fear to do the things they want to do - in this group of over 50 women - that they felt fear in the past but not now - that they were letting go of that now. I feel that the older we get the less we care about what others think! I find this so liberating and something to aspire to!
