Del Emidios Pharmacy is NOW an official Philhealth YAKAP Program-affiliated Pharmacy!
PHILHEALTH MEMBERS — you can now avail selected medicines covered under the Philhealth YAKAP Program at our pharmacy.
PAANO MAKA-AVAIL?
STEP 1: Kung HINDI pa rehistradong Philhealth member, magparehistro upang magkaroon ng PHILHEALTH IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (PIN).
STEP 2: Magparehistro sa Philhealth YAKAP gamit ang eGOV app, Philhealth portal, at sa lahat ng Philhealth office branches o sa napiling YAKAP Clinic.
STEP 3: Kumuha ng gamot sa GAMOT provider(pharmacy) ayon sa konsulta at reseta ng YAKAP-accredited na doktor gamit ang GAMOT app.
STEP 4: Pagkatapos, pirmahan ang GAMOT Availment slip na ibibigay ng pharmacist.
Para sa abot-kaya at de-kalidad na gamot nandito ang Del Emidios Pharmacy katulong niyo sa magandang kalusugan.
