From My Heart as a Yoga Teacher 🌸🌼🌺

The greatest fulfillment I feel as a teacher is not from business but from service, sharing the beautiful practice so others may find calm, clarity and strength within themselves.

Each time I guide a class, I’m reminded that yoga is more than postures—it’s a journey of healing, balance and peace.

It touches my heart when students tell me with openness how yoga has improved their life 🥰

This is the true fulfillment of being a yoga teacher, sharing from the heart, selflessly, breath by breath

Every breath we take together in class is a reminder: we are not alone, we are connected and through yoga, we can return to the heart 🩵🩵🩵
