Assalamu Alaikum, Ma’am.

We sincerely understand your pain and the grief you are experiencing. Please accept our deepest sympathies for your loss.

We respectfully ask for understanding as well. It is painful for everyone when blame is placed without considering the full circumstances.

When your patient arrived at our hospital, the condition was already extremely critical, almost dead on arrival. We were informed that CPR had already been initiated while you were on the way to the hospital. Unfortunately, by the time the patient reached us, every possible effort was made, but it was already too late.

Our doctors immediately assessed the patient, and our nurses also responded promptly to provide the necessary emergency care. Despite all resuscitative efforts, we were unable to reverse the patient’s condition.

We also respectfully ask why the patient was not brought for medical evaluation earlier, when there may have been a better opportunity for treatment. Our intention is not to assign blame but to encourage understanding that early medical intervention can make a significant difference.

We hope we can approach this difficult situation with compassion, professionalism, and mutual respect, while remembering that everyone involved wanted the best possible outcome for the patient.
