MAG-INGAT SA LEPTOSPIROSIS!

Sa panahon ng tag-ulan at pagbaha, huwag isantabi ang inyong kalusugan. Ang leptospirosis ay maaaring makuha sa paglusong sa baha o pag-inom ng tubig na kontaminado ng ihi ng mga hayop na may leptospira.

• Kung hindi maiiwasang lumusong sa baha, alamin ang tamang gabay sa pag-inom ng doxycycline ayon sa antas ng exposure.
• Iwasan ang paglusong sa baha hangga't maaari.
• Panatilihing malinis ang kapaligiran upang maiwasan ang pagdami ng mga daga.
• Agad na kumonsulta sa pinakamalapit na health center o doktor kung nakaranas ng lagnat, pananakit ng katawan, sakit ng ulo, o iba pang sintomas matapos ma-expose sa baha.

Ang pag-iingat ay susi sa pag-iwas sa sakit. Protektahan ang sarili at ang pamilya laban sa leptospirosis.
