Kristel and Nick were both 35 years old and have been trying to conceive for 6 years when they first came to us in April 2024.

We tried one cycle of IUI in June but it was unsuccessful. Because Kristel had diminished ovarian reserve we knew time was of the essence. So we decided to proceed to IVF.

In August , We harvested 8 eggs and produced 3 blastocysts, one of which was transferred in December . But sadly, it did not implant😥

It took us Almost a year to treat her adenomyosis and APAS and by November 2025 we did a transfer of their 2 remaining blastocysts and this time it was successful! Both embryos implanted and fast forward to today , they are now proud parents of twins!

Moira and Lance ( not their real names) are both 28 years old when they first came to us in February 2026 after TTC of 2 years. We immediately started ovulation Induction and checked Moira’s fallopian tubes and advised timed in*******se and by March 19 She already had a positive pregnancy test! However, their happiness turned to sadness when it was found to be an ectopic pregnancy on the right fallopian tube😥 for which She had surgery to remove it.
By June they came back to try again. We resumed treatment and since She was ovulating on the left side they were advised again to have timed in*******se on July 23, 25 and 27. By August 11 She was pregnant again! And This time the pregnancy was where we want it to be, inside the uterus☺️ Today Moira is 10 weeks pregnant with a strong fetal heart beat❤️
Congratulations Moi and Lance! One remaining fallopian tube, proper timing and perseverance, were all it took to give you another chance at a healthy pregnancy! All Glory to God!

Today , four of our IVF patients , ages 31 to 39, had their serum beta hCG tests, 12 days after their first frozen embryo transfer. Three received positive results. One did not.

Perhaps this is one of the most important lessons we can share about IVF.
That IVF is a powerful tool, and many causes of Infertility , even severe ones can be overcome . But still, it is not 100% effective. Success Depends on many factors, especially the woman’s age and ovarian reserve.

So we must enter every cycle with hope, but also with realistic expectations. Although IVF does not guarantee a baby , For many couples it can provide something incredibly important, a real chance of success❤️

To our three patients celebrating today, congratulations ! We still have a long journey ahead of us.

And To the one who did not receive the result we were hoping for, we reassess, we learn, and when you are ready, we discuss the next step together.❤️

Riza ( not her real name) was 30 years old when She and hubby first came to our clinic in September 2021. They have been trying to conceive for 2 years with a diagnosis of PCOS.

We immediately started her on oral medications and by October , her pregnancy test was already positive. Unfortunately the happiness was short lived because it turned out to be a biochemical pregnancy 😔.

We encouraged her to make some healthy lifestyle changes and to try again. By January 2022, she got pregnant and this time her beta hCG was more promising but unfortunately it turned out to be an anembryonic pregnancy that led to a spontaneous miscarriage .😥

We performed additional tests including APAS and parental karyotyping but both came out normal.

We tried again in April 2022, but sadly, it turned out to be another biochemical pregnancy 😂😔😥
By this time, we discussed How IVF with PGT-A can help prevent another miscarriage by identifying a chromosomally normal embryo for transfer.

It took 4 years before they came back but by March 2026 they were ready for IVF with PGT-A. We harvested 25 eggs from Riza , who is now 34 years old. We produced 6 blastocysts , 4 of which underwent genetic testing and 2 were found to be chromosomally normal. One euploid embryo was transfered last July and it was successful !!! They are now at 9 weeks pregnant with a strong fetal heart beat! Praise God! 🙏

Their journey is not over yet but we Rejoice with them with this beautiful milestone and continue to pray for a healthy rainbow baby🙏 But we just want to take this chance to encourage other couples like them who experienced recurrent pregnancy loss to not give up❤️ Yes, Take time to grieve , time to heal, time to gather enough courage and when you’re ready , try again. We are here to guide you, to support you and walk with you throughout your fertility journey. You don’t have to Face it alone!

Heart 37 and Joe 39 had been trying to conceive for 12 years when they first came to our clinic in January 2025. They already had history of 2 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs before but they were not ready to give up.

So we went ahead and performed one egg retrieval in February but despite harvesting 28 eggs we produced only one blastocyst! We tried a second time , this time with PGT-A in March and again from 28 eggs only one usable blastocyst was obtained! After some further preparation we transferred both embryos in September and It was successful ! She graduated from our clinic in November and gave birth uneventfully in May 2026 to a healthy baby Boy❤️ Praise God!

Yes , sometimes it requires another attempt, a different strategy, a lot of patience and the courage to keep going in order to succeed.

Do you remember the ? The 35 year old patient with pelvic endometriosis and chocolate cyst whose Husband has Azoos***mia ? Who underwent Egg retrieval and got 14 eggs?

Well , out of those 14 eggs ,13 were mature and injected with frozen-thawed testicular s***m and 5 fertilized! On Day 5 of culture, we have 2 Blastocysts! Thank you Lord! They Will be frozen and Amalia Will be prepared for the next step… Embryo Transfer❤️ (Abangan ang susunod na kabanata❤️)

Sorry for letting you know this late, but we gave birth to our bundle of joy—our TWINS—two weeks ago! 🥹👶🏻👶🏻 They were apparently too excited to meet us and decided to come earthside at 33 weeks! 🙈

They had to spend some time in the NICU, but just like the past years, God has got us. 🙏🏻❤️

Darren and I just want you to know how beyond thankful we are for all the help, care, and support you’ve given us throughout this journey. We waited for 9 long years and tried for almost 6 of those years. And now, God saw all our heart’s desires and blessed us with our twins. 🥹

Thank you, Doc and the whole team, for allowing God to use you as instruments in finally completing our family. After everything we’ve been through, having two little humans we can finally call our own feels surreal. Our hearts and lives are truly complete. ❤️

I still remember that day when you read my HCG result and told us we were having TWINS at 5 weeks—and then TRIPLETS at 6 weeks! 😂 (Though the third little one didn’t continue, that moment will always be such a core memory for us.)

I could probably go on the whole day talking about all the memories we’ve made with Cosy. Lowkey, I even miss our visits! 🥹😂

For now, we’ll enjoy this beautiful new season, take care of our little ones, and hopefully visit you soon—with the twins! 👶🏻👶🏻❤️
