Taas ng census ng ubo at sipon lately.

Parang may group project ang mga virus ngayon.
So to avoid masali sa group:

😷 Mask up kapag crowded or may may sakit sa paligid

🧼 Wash hands regularly

🚫 Iwas muna sa sharing ng cups, utensils at drinks

💨 Keep rooms well-ventilated

💤 Get enough sleep and fluids

At kapag may symptoms na, rest na muna at huwag na tayong mang-recruit ng bagong groupmates. Let us be responsible for each other.
Remember, avoid self medicating and to schedule you visit sa well trusted ninyo na doctor.
