I’ve made an important decision regarding patient education.
All of my medical guides are now completely free and publicly accessible.
These guides were originally created for my own patients—to help them better understand their conditions, treatments, and long-term health strategies, particularly in kidney disease, cardiometabolic health, and clinical nutrition.
Over time, it became clear that this kind of information should not be limited to a clinic setting.
Patients do better when they understand their disease.
And they do even better when they understand why they are doing something—not just what to do.
These guides are built on that principle:
clear explanations, practical application, and grounded in physiology and current guidelines.
