IPAO Pampanga Chapter Formed 2012, from the impromptu appointment of officers in a supplier's seminar here in the City of San Fernando..

and that was the start of a group of Optometrists based in Pampanga, City of San Fernando and Angeles.. sharing the vision of a good healthy practice and new friendships.
