STOP BULLYING YOURSELF INTO HEALING 🧿
Lately, I’ve been realizing that growth is not always about “breaking bad habits.”
Sometimes, the habits we now call low vibrational were once the very things that helped us cope, survive, feel safe, or regulate ourselves during a difficult season.
So no, I am not interested in bullying myself into healing.
Because when you force yourself to “just stop,” shame yourself for slipping, or act like you should already know better, you usually create more resistance. Not transformation. Just a prettier version of self-rejection.
What has been helping me more is integration.
Instead of fighting myself, I pay attention.
When does the pattern show up?
What am I feeling in my body?
What happened before it?
What am I actually needing underneath the behavior?
Because the body usually knows the truth long before the mind starts making excuses, explanations, and dramatic little stories.
Once I stopped judging myself and started observing with honesty and curiosity, some habits naturally began to loosen their grip.
Not because I forced them out. Because I finally understood what they were trying to do for me.
And let’s be clear: growth is not linear.
You do not “wake up” one day and stay healed, aligned, disciplined, and high-vibe forever.
Please. You are still human.
Growth moves in cycles.
You learn. You pause. You integrate. You live. You get tested. Then you learn again.
Returning to an old pattern does not automatically mean you failed. Sometimes it means there is still something there asking for more awareness, more grounding, more honesty, or more compassion.
But compassion does not mean making endless excuses for yourself. It means understanding the wound without letting the wound run your life.
Your low moments do not make you a low-vibrational person. Sometimes they are simply invitations to slow down, listen, and actually process the lesson instead of rushing to look healed.
The real question is this:
Are you extracting wisdom from the experience, or are you repeating the same cycle while calling it self-love?
Because there is a difference.
You are still moving forward when you are becoming more aware, more responsible, and more honest with yourself.
Healing is not about becoming perfect.
It is about no longer abandoning yourself while also refusing to stay stuck.
