Kapag may stroke, bawat segundo ay mahalaga.

Ang mabilis na pagkilos ay makakatulong upang maiwasan ang permanenteng pinsala sa utak. Tandaan ang F.A.S.T. test:

👉 F ace: Lumalaylay o naninigas ba ang isang bahagi ng mukha?
👉 A rm: Mahina o manhid ba ang isang braso?
👉 Speech: Malabo o hirap bang magsalita?
👉 Time: Kung oo, oras na para magpatingin agad sa doktor o pumunta sa pinakamalapit na ospital.

Protektahan ang kalusugan araw-araw. 💙
