Are you fond of giving sacubutril + valsartan on you post MI patients? Only for them to come back to your clinic and have a low compliance rate because of its price or availability? But should that really be our reflex medication given it's overwhelming positive results? This study gives an interesting insite for that specific population. It was completed last 2021. So it's worth sharing again in case we forget.

I have several patients who come into my clinic complaining of venous symptoms despite wearing compression therapy. But are they really wearing therapeutic compression or just tight socks?
