Libreng Maintenance Medicines para sa mga Pasyente ng Pampanga Provincial Dialysis Center II – Apalit

Bilang bahagi ng patuloy na programang pangkalusugan ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Pampanga, namahagi ang Pampanga Provincial Dialysis Center II (PPDC II) – Apalit ng mga libreng maintenance medicines para sa mga pasyente nito.

Layunin ng programang ito na makatulong sa pagpapagaan ng gastusin ng mga pasyente at kanilang mga pamilya sa araw-araw na pangangailangan sa gamot. Sa pamamagitan ng serbisyong ito, patuloy na ipinapakita ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ang malasakit at dedikasyon nito sa pagbibigay ng abot-kaya, dekalidad, at maaasahang serbisyong pangkalusugan para sa bawat Cabalen.

Taos-pusong pasasalamat din sa mga dedikadong healthcare workers at medical staff ng PPDC II – Apalit na walang sawang nagbibigay ng maayos, maagap, at malasakit na pangangalaga sa ating mga pasyente araw-araw.

Driven by its mission to protect and improve the health of renal patients, the staff nurses of Pampanga Provincial Dialysis Center II – Apalit successfully presented their Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) report covering data from January to April 2026.

The clinical presentation focused on leveraging data-driven solutions and strict bedside surveillance to optimize patient care and maximize treatment outcomes.

Pampanga Provincial Dialysis Center II (PPDC II) sa Apalit — Mas Pinadali ang Serbisyo para sa mga Kapampangan

Mas malapit at mas madali na ang pagpapagamot para sa mga pasyenteng nangangailangan ng dialysis sa Pampanga. Ito ay matapos buksan ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ang Pampanga Provincial Dialysis Center II sa Barangay Sampaloc, Apalit. Dahil sa pagdami ng mga may sakit sa bato (Chronic Kidney Disease), itinayo ang pasilidad na ito para hindi na kailangang bumyahe nang malayo ng mga pasyente. Malaking ginhawa ito lalo na sa mga taga-Apalit at mga karatig-bayan sa hilagang bahagi ng lalawigan.

Nagsimulang tumanggap ng mga pasyente ang center noong Enero 12, 2026. Kumpleto ang pasilidad na may 40 dialysis machines mula sa B. Braun Avitum Philippines at mayroon ding modernong water treatment system para masiguro ang kalidad ng bawat treatment.

Maliban sa libreng dialysis sa mga Kapampangan, libreng assistance din sa pagpapagawa ng AV Fistula, at libreng maintenance na mga gamot din ang handog ng Capitol. Ngayon, ang mga pasyente sa PPDC II ay hindi na kailangang pumunta sa Capitol para mag-asikaso ng gamot. Ang dialysis center na ang mag-aasikaso para sa mga pasyente!
