We have successfully facilitated a Mental Health Psychosocial Support Session for Women Who Experienced Violence. ❤️

It was truly heartwarming to listen to the stories and narratives of these women—women who have experienced different forms of violence, yet continue to find the strength to survive, heal, and move forward.

What made the session even more meaningful was witnessing how they empowered one another, became each other’s source of strength and support, and found courage in knowing that they are not alone.

Today, we celebrate your strength. We respect you. We admire you for continuing to show up, stand up, and fight for your rights and for a better life. ❤️

Please know that we are here, rooting for you every step of the way.

As we have said during our session:

Empowering Public Servants for Civil Service Excellence — a meaningful seminar for the administrative officers and LGU frontliners of La Carlota City, held in celebration of Civil Service Month 2026. ❤️

As public servants, we are reminded that while we take care of others, we also need to take care of ourselves. After all, you cannot pour from an empty cup. 🫶

We have to fill ourselves with CARE:

🧡 E – Empowerment

When we take care of ourselves, we become more capable of serving others with purpose, compassion, and excellence.

Leadership in Action. Hearts Ready to Serve. ❤️

The City of Kabankalan, together with the Rotary Club of Kabankalan, successfully initiated the 3rd Boys’ and Girls’ Week Leadership Bootcamp 2026 at Balicaocao Eco Park.

Psynergy, together with our partner organization Better Academie, had the privilege of leading the Leadership Bootcamp and Teambuilding Activities for these young leaders.

Through experiential learning, challenging activities, and meaningful conversations, the participants were given opportunities to test and strengthen their leadership skills, teamwork, self-worth, discipline, integrity, and care for one another.

Adding a touch of theatrical experience to the bootcamp was Class A Zombie, Events Manager, and Director Sonny, whose creative approach allowed the participants not only to enjoy the experience but also to express themselves more freely and confidently. 🎭🧟

With the psychological component of the program, Psychologist Doc Ana facilitated group dynamics designed to motivate, challenge, and inspire the youth leaders while helping them recognize their strengths and resilience. 💛

And then came Batch Invictus—a name that speaks of their determination and spirit.

With Youth Atlas as their legacy project, and with their heart for passion, mind for collaboration, and action to serve, these young leaders are more than ready to step forward and be of service to the people of Kabankalan. 🌱

To the City of Kabankalan and the Rotary Club of Kabankalan, thank you for the trust and confidence you have given Psynergy to be part of this meaningful and momentous activity.

May we continue to nurture young leaders who lead not only with competence, but also with character, compassion, and a genuine heart to serve.
