We are now accepting applicants for our Internal Medicine training program.

Requirements:

1. Application Letter addressed to the Department Chair, Larnie Vencer, MD, FP*P, FPCHTM
2. Curriculum Vitae with 2x2 recent ID picture
3. Certificate of Postgraduate Internship
4. PRC Physician Board Rating
5. Medical School Diploma
6. Transcript of Records
7. Medical School Class Ranking
8. Certificate of Good Moral Character
9. NBI Clearance, Birth Certificate, and Psychological & Neuro-Psychiatric Evaluation
10. SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, and TIN numbers
11. At least two (2) Recommendation Letters
12. One (1) page handwritten essay: “Why I want to be an Internist”
