CONGRATULATIONS, TRAIN PEDIATRIC THERAPY CENTER! โค๐ We have finally expanded to a bigger, better space!
If you asked me late 2024, I would have said it's too risky to build a therapy center. Hindi po ako therapist. Ausome mom lang po ako.
If you asked me around January 2025, I would have said it's over before it even started. No response from messaging therapists, open houses na halos langawin. Hala, game over na 'to.
Pero may isang nagtiwala. Naging dalawa. Naging apat. At ngayon, we have become a family of 27 admins and therapists catering to 140 TRAIN kids! ๐ฅฐ
Thank you, Lord, for blessing us with the opportunity to help, inspire, and be a beacon of hope. Salamat po sa pag-gabay sa amin araw-araw.
Thank you, Father Carlos, ang aking kababata na kalaro ko lang mula grade 1, for travelling all the way from Lipa City, Batangas just to accomodate my request na ikaw ang magbless ng center.
To my son, Dylan Markus, thank you for continuously inspiring and motivating me. Mommy is so proud of you and your wins, big or small.
To my husband, thank you for supporting me nonstop and for being my strength amids challenges.
To my amazing team, thank you for continuously working together in changing the lives of children. To me, you are not just workmates or consultants. You are FAMILY. Train will not be Train without you all.
To our TRAIN parents, guardians, and of course, children, thank you for continuously trusting us. Thank you for helping us create a community filled with support and acceptance.
Most importantly, gusto kong ialay ang expansion na ito sa aking mga magulang.
I'd like to acknowledge my mama and my sister for travelling all the way from Batangas City to witness this special moment.
Mama, you have taught me to be gentle and kind. Your bravery and grace in the midst of challenges have inspired me to be a fair and just person. Your unconditional love and neverending compassion for me has molded me to a person I am today.
As most of you don't know, my father passed away last January 26th. He may not be physically present today, but I know he's right beside me smiling with full support.
Papa, you have taught me to be firm and decisive. Up until the day you left this world, you have always thought of my welfare and security. You have taught me to choose my battles wisely and bravely and to accept failure as part of learning and becoming a better version of myself. I am here because of you and I hope I made you proud.
Mama, Papa, this is ultimately for you. I love you both so much and I am so proud to have both of you as my role models, parents, and advisors.
