The ultrasound clinic of Dr. Edgar Baniqued will resume its operations starting May 18, 2020 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday. Please be guided with the following:
1. The patient must set an appointment for scheduling. Text or call 09357816627 or 09461367098 your full name and preferred time and wait for a confirmation message. Kindly come to the clinic on your scheduled appointment and inform us at least 2 hours should you wish to cancel your appointment.
2. Patients with symptoms such as colds, cough, fever, sore throat, tiredness, body pains, headache, difficulty of breathing, loss of taste or smell, or skin rash, among others, will not be entertained. Kindly proceed to the nearest hospital triage.
3. To observe physical distancing, only patients are allowed to enter the clinic unless needing assistance, such as PWD, elderly, or minor patients.
4. No mask, no entry. The mask must be properly worn at all times and physical distancing must also be strictly observed.
