Supporting Early Identification and Inclusive Learning for Every Child
Abundo Psychological Clinic (APC), in partnership with the Municipality of Balagtas, conducted a Neurodevelopmental Screening at Balagtas Central School, made possible through the sponsorship and support of the Local Government of Balagtas, led by Mayor Andrew Santiago and Vice Mayor Monay Payuran.
This initiative reflects a shared commitment to supporting learners through early identification of developmental concerns, timely recommendations, and access to appropriate interventionsโhelping create a more inclusive and responsive learning environment for every child.
