Yogalates is a fusion class that combines the flexibility, balance, and mindfulness of yoga with the core-strengthening and posture-focused movement of Pilates. We will move through a series of controlled movements and stretches designed to improve strength, flexibility, stability and overall body awareness.
✹ YOGA FOR STRESS RELIEF AND ANXIETY with T. Kit

A gentle, calming yoga class designed to help reduce stress, ease anxiety and restore balance. Through mindful movement, deep breathing and mindful stretches, we will release tension, quiet the mind and cultivate a greater sense of calm and well-being.
✹ ANIMAL FLOW + MOBILITY with T. Ned

A movement class that combines Animal Flow techniques with mobility training to improve strength, flexibility, coordination and body control. Through fluid, ground-based movements and joint-focused exercises, we will enhance movement quality, increase range of motion and build functional wellness.

A beginner-friendly class focused on building the strength, stability, and technique needed for arm balances. Through targeted drills, core activation and step-by-step progressions, we will develop confidence, body awareness and the foundational skills required to explore arm balance poses safely and effectively.
