Yogalates is a fusion class that combines the flexibility, balance, and mindfulness of yoga with the core-strengthening and posture-focused movement of Pilates. We will move through a series of controlled movements and stretches designed to improve strength, flexibility, stability and overall body awareness.

A gentle, calming yoga class designed to help reduce stress, ease anxiety and restore balance. Through mindful movement, deep breathing and mindful stretches, we will release tension, quiet the mind and cultivate a greater sense of calm and well-being.

A movement class that combines Animal Flow techniques with mobility training to improve strength, flexibility, coordination and body control. Through fluid, ground-based movements and joint-focused exercises, we will enhance movement quality, increase range of motion and build functional wellness.

A beginner-friendly class focused on building the strength, stability, and technique needed for arm balances. Some retreats don’t take us away from life — they bring us closer to it.

Over the course of these days, we moved with the rhythm of nature —greeting each morning with gentle movement, quiet breaths and a sense of calm that seemed to settle deeper with every sunrise ✹

As the sun dipped behind the mountains and painted the sea in gold, we gathered on our mats for sunset yoga, held by the beauty of the landscape and the stillness it invited. We shared meals crafted from the gifts of the Philippine seas, thoughtfully prepared by the kitchen of Cabo de Roca — each dish nourishing both body and spirit.

There were moments of creativity and connection, weaving dreamcatchers with Luntian Craft, and moments of spaciousness too — time to rest, to be quiet and to simply listen. To the waves, to the wind, and perhaps to ourselves.

Sunrise to sunset, nature became our teacher and presence became our practice

Most of all, this retreat was a reminder of the simple things that sustain us: movement, nature, good food, meaningful conversations, shared laughter and the kindness of being in the company of each other.

We leave carrying a little more softness, a little more presence, and the memory of days spent basking in the beauty of nature and in the warmth of one another.
