Eternal Gardens honored the distinguished Filipino sculptors whose artistry helped shape its memorial parks during Gabi ng Parangal, held on August 30, 2026, at Okada Manila.
Leading the tribute was the late National Artist for Sculpture Napoleon V. Abueva, whose recognition was received by his daughter, Amihan Abueva. Among his notable contributions to Eternal Gardens is the iconic Transfiguration, whose monumental presence has become a defining feature of the companyโs memorial park landscape.
Also honored were the late Florante โBoyโ Caedo and his son, Frederic Caedo, as well as the late Amado Castrillo and his son, Ronald Castrillo. Frederic and Ronald continue their fathersโ artistic legacy, with their works also gracing various Eternal Gardens parks and extending their familiesโ contribution to the companyโs artistic landscape.
The family of the late Conrado F. Balubayan was likewise recognized, while sculptor Jubail Bautista graced the evening with his family. Their works, together with those of the other honored artists, have helped give character and meaning to spaces dedicated to remembrance.
