In celebration of Cervical Cancer Awareness Month this May, Global Care Cancer Institute, Inc. successfully conducted a Cervical Cancer Lay Forum last May 21, 2026 at the Brgy. Health Center of Brgy. Putho-Tuntungin, Los Baños.

The activity was led by Dr. Donalyn S. Barcial, who shared valuable information on cervical cancer awareness, prevention, early detection, and the importance of regular screening. Through initiatives like this, we continue to empower women and communities through health education and awareness.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to our generous sponsors, partners, and everyone who participated and supported the success of this meaningful activity.

May is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month, a reminder that prevention is powerful, and early detection saves lives.

Cervical cancer is one of the few cancers that can be effectively prevented and detected early through proper screening and vaccination. Yet, many women still delay or miss these critical steps.

Awareness alone is not enough. Action makes the difference.
