BOOKING POLICY UPDATE | TOOTH LOUNGE DENTAL CLINIC

Your time matters, and so does ours. To help us provide better and more organized care for every patient, we’re implementing our updated Booking & Reservation Policy.

📌 Please take note of the following:
• Reservation fees are required for scheduled appointments and will be deducted from your treatment fee on the day of your appointment.
• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• No-shows, late cancellations, and excessive tardiness may result in forfeiture of the reservation fee.
• Emergency dental cases involving serious pain or trauma are exempt from the reservation fee, in accordance with RA 10932.

We kindly ask everyone to read and understand our policy before booking. Your cooperation helps us keep our schedule fair and allows us to accommodate more patients. 🫶🏻
