Rainy Sunday inspiration: PCOS + APAS + previous miscarriage + Varicocele + Low Sp3rm count + + lots of prayers 🙏🙏
= Now almost 6 mos preggy 🥹🤰🥹🌈🌈

Congrats to my TTC couple JM & Saii!💖🫶 If you are also TTC - LONG but def WORTH reading!

✅️Aug 2025 with a history of previous miscarriage and PMOS & baseline low sp3rm count.
✅️Treated w/ vits & regulated Saii's cycle, she also modified diet and lost a few kg too.

✅️Dec 2025 screened for Varicocele due to history of low sp3rm count, continued vitamins. ✅️ Dec 2025 ➡️ ✅️ Feb 2026 sp3rm count IMPROVED count and motility!!
✅️ continue ovulation induction w/ Saii
✅️ April 2026 PT + na kami 🥰🙏

✅️ admitted around 7weeks and managed her hypertension comanaged with Dra Masbad and still w/ ble3ding despite normal ultrasound.
✅️ So I screened for APAS and confirmed diagnosis, referred to Immuno & Perinat comanagement.

🥰 Now 22 weeks, CAS all normal, BP controlled.

🙏Thank you Lord!! Let's pray for her safe pregnancy! My OB heart is so happy to share and again to my other TTC couples DON'T LOSE HOPE, OK!!💖🫶🙏

Warning: Cuteness overload may induce "baby fever"!! 🥰 Congrats to Quinones fam delivered via Cesarean Section due to Transverse Lie presentation 🙂 Baby had to be observed for a bit kaya vinideo ko for Mommy but ending everything was normal & went he home with them. Transverse presentation is a rare fetal position in the uterus and may cause uterine rupture & cord prolapse, but not for this cutie!!🥰 *postedwithpermission

How nice that they are also patients of my Mom in Muntinlupa years years back and she became my patient naman nung 1st pregnancy in 2021 til now.
