"Sometimes simply staying, trying, and loving them through the hard days is enough." 🥺

Some days I feel like I am carrying more than I know how to explain, yet I still get up, make breakfast, answer little questions, wipe tears, give hugs, and try to be the safe place my children need. What makes it harder is knowing that while I am taking care of everyone else, I am also quietly trying to find my way back to myself. There are moments when I feel exhausted in ways sleep cannot fix, and I wonder how I am supposed to keep showing up when I barely recognize the person underneath the tiredness. But then I look at my children and remember that being a good mother does not mean I have to be okay every second. Sometimes simply staying, trying, and loving them through the hard days is enough. 🥺

Take it slow, breathe a little deeper, and cherish the messy, tiring, beautiful moments.
