We are proud to announce that our Registered Speech-Language Pathologist, Teacher Cham, and Teacher Yza have successfully completed the Level 1 Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT) training.

PROMPT is a hands-on, evidence-based training program that enhances clinicians' skills in motor speech assessment and intervention. Throughout the course, they gained a deeper understanding of the three developmental domains that contribute to an individual's communication abilities. They also explored the Motor Speech Hierarchy, a framework used to guide assessment and treatment planning for individuals with speech motor disorders.

Most importantly, they developed practical skills in identifying speech motor patterns and applying various PROMPT techniques. Using specialized tactile cues with their hands, they can better support individuals in producing consonant and vowel sounds, helping them achieve clearer and more effective communication.
