The Philippine Society of Sleep Medicine will have its first Regional Sleep Caravan, this Sunday, November 16, from 8am to 11:30. This will be held at Meeting room 1-3, Park Inn by Radison Clark, Dau, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

Dear patients and friends, you are invited to join us in our discussion of sleep and sleep disorders.

There will also be sleep studies to be raffled, as well as other prizes like pillows, etc.

FYI: HPV in connection with head and neck cancers

Q:How does having HPV affect the chances of being cured from cancer?

A: The good news is that HPV-positive head and neck cancers generally respond better to treatment than HPV-negative cancers. Patients with HPV-related cancers have:
🔹 Higher survival rates
🔹 Better response to radiation and chemotherapy
🔹 Lower risk of cancer recurrence
