A true knot in umbilical cord occurs in about 1% of pregnancies. This happens when the baby slips thru the loop. During labor, no heartbeat decelerations noted at all, such a calm baby just like her Mommy Marjorie, enduring labor like a pro!😄💪💛

Two (2) in a row high risk deliveries:
1. Placenta previa in labor with active bleeding - patient was already 5cms in the clinic with active bleeding, kudos to the hospital staff of BMMC for the rapid facilitation of patient’s transport from clinic thru their hospital ambulance, direct to the operating room where OR staff were already on standby.🙏

2. Patient was scheduled for induction of labor but last minute the baby decided to rotate from cephalic to footling breech presentation and mother was already 5cm dilated 😅

Baby boy delivered via Stat/Emergency Cesarean Section for Footling Breech presentation by Dr Norina Del Rosario.

What is a Radiant Warmer? - this is a neonatal care device designed to provide controlled radiant heat to newborns and premature infants.
