𝐊𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐆𝐀 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧: 𝐔𝐬𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐲-𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞
A Multimedia Broadcast Training and Production

The Agusan del Sur State University Guidance and Counseling Center will conduct the KASANGGA Online Tambayan: Usapang Buhay-Estudyante on June 12, 2026, at the ADSSU Guidance and Counseling Center.

This initiative aims to train and equip selected KASANGGA peer facilitators as online broadcasters and technical officers who will help create meaningful, youth-responsive, and supportive online discussions for students. Through this program, participants will develop skills in script delivery, hosting, broadcast facilitation, online discussion management, responsible communication, and ethical handling of student-centered topics.

Anchored on the ADSSU COMPASS Framework for Guidance and Counseling and the 5-Year Development Plan for Guidance and Counseling, KASANGGA Online Tambayan promotes peer support, mental health awareness, responsible communication, and positive student engagement.

Through this platform, ADSSU continues to remind every student that they are not alone—because in KASANGGA, there is always someone who listens, supports, and guides.

🌿 KASANGA: Kaagapay sa Suporta at Gabay ng Kabataan 🌿
Phase 1 – Second Batch | 3-Phase Peer Facilitators Formation and Empowerment Program

Another batch of aspiring Peer Facilitators successfully completed Phase 1 of the KASANGA: 3-Phase Peer Facilitators Formation and Empowerment Program last May 11, 2026, from 3:00–5:00 PM, at the Guidance and Counseling Center, OSAS Building.

This second batch was conducted to accommodate more interested students and allow them to join the first batch as they move forward to Phase 2 of the program.

Phase 1 focused on the “Dynamics of Human Difficulty,” providing the participants with foundational understanding of students’ concerns, struggles, and experiences. Through this session, the aspiring Peer Facilitators were introduced to the essential values of empathy, active listening, support, and responsible peer helping.

The Guidance and Counseling Center commends the commitment and willingness of these students to become part of a growing community of compassionate student helpers.

Together, we continue to strengthen a culture of care, support, and empowerment within Agusan del Sur State University. 💚💛

🌿 KAAGAPAY sa Suporta at Gabay ng Kabataan 🌿
3-Phase Peer Facilitators Formation and Empowerment Program

The Peer Facilitators’ Society successfully continued its formation journey through Phase 2 of the 3-Phase Peer Facilitators Formation and Empowerment Program, focusing on the 11 Leads and Responses in Facilitating.

This activity aims to strengthen the helping skills of peer facilitators by developing their ability to listen actively, respond appropriately, and provide supportive guidance to fellow students. Through this training, our peer facilitators are being prepared to become compassionate companions and reliable sources of support within the school community.

Together, we continue to build a culture of care, connection, and student well-being. 💚💛

🌿 KASANGA: Kaagapay sa Suporta at Gabay ng Kabataan 🌿
3-Phase Peer Facilitators Formation and Empowerment Program

Last May 7, from 3:00–5:00 PM, the Guidance and Counseling Center successfully conducted the Phase 1 session of the KASANGA: 3-Phase Peer Facilitators Formation and Empowerment Program at the Guidance and Counseling Center, OSAS Building.

The session focused on the topic “Dynamics of Human Difficulty,” which aimed to provide aspiring peer facilitators with foundational knowledge, skills, and values essential in understanding students’ concerns and extending meaningful peer support.

This initiative seeks to equip the Agusan del Sur State University Peer Facilitators to become compassionate companions and student helpers who can promote support, guidance, and empowerment within the university community.

The session was facilitated by Sir Yuj, Ma’am Ivy, and Ma’am Pinky, and was actively participated in by 11 aspiring Peer Facilitators, who will advance to Phase 2 of the program.

Another schedule for Phase 1 will soon be announced for students who are still interested in becoming Peer Facilitators.

Together, let us continue building a supportive, compassionate, and empowered student community. 💚💛
