Please be aware of the important guidelines when ordering our products*:
Shipping:
• All products are for same-day deliveries only until further notice.
• Same-day delivery fees are based on Couriers’/riders’ fee amount that will be sent to you via text or messenger.
• Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer. Pick-ups:
• Please inform us if you would prefer “Pickup” from our location.
• Pick-up
s should be done at least 1 hour after we acknowledge your order to give us time to check/prepare/pack your items.
• Please state your name and/or order number to our staff once in the area. Payment options:

• Should the items be damaged once it arrives at the buyer’s shipping address, buyer may request for a refund as long as pictures of the damaged item/s are provided.
• Complaints made more than 2 days will not be accepted for refunds.
• Please note that the buyer is responsible in storing and handling the item/s (since most of the products are food items).
• For products that you want exchanged, buyer will shoulder the shipping fee. This is only applicable to unboxed/unopened products, subject to the availability of the product that will be exchanged with.
• The buyer is responsible for shipping fee charges when making returns, fees of which are non-refundable.
