It all starts with four crucial steps:

PREDICT: Understand the risks where you live and work. Identify areas that are vulnerable to shaking.

PLAN: Create a clear family communication and evacuation strategy. Know your safe spots and where to meet.

PREPARE: Get your Go Bag ready. Ensure you have essential water, food, first aid, and documents ready to move.

PRACTICE: Regularly conduct drill exercises with your family and coworkers. Muscle memory can save lives.

Don’t wait for the next alert. Take action today to protect yourself and your loved ones. Be part of a culture of preparedness.

July is National Disaster Resilience Month! 🌏

National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM) is observed every July pursuant to Republic Act No. 10121 and NDRRMC Memorandum No. 110, s. 2026. This annual observance promotes disaster preparedness, climate resilience, and a culture of safety among Filipino communities. The 2026 theme highlights the importance of proactive, science-based, and community-driven actions to strengthen resilience against disasters and the impacts of climate change.

In support of this national campaign, and guided by the Philippine Red Cross Road to Resilience Framework, the Philippine Red Cross, in partnership with national government agencies, Local Government Units (LGUs), and various stakeholders, remains committed to fostering long-term community stewardship and helping build a greener, safer, and more resilient Philippines.

Philippine Red Cross Nueva Ecija Chapter in partnership with Cabanatuan City Health Office (Walking Bloodline ) conducted blood letting activity at WalterMart Nueva Ecija (Cabanatuan City) on June 19, 2026.

The program aims to raise public awareness on the importance of voluntary blood donation as well as to meet the demands of the transfusing patients within Nueva Ecija and nearby provinces.
