OPLAN GREYHOUND

On May 21, 2026 at about 9:30AM, PLTCOL RENATO C MORALES, COP conducted OPLAN GREYHOUND to the custodial facility of this station. This activity aims to monitor the Custodial Facility and current situation of Person Under PNP Custody (PUPCs). The inspection led to the improvement of security by installing additional CCTV and ventilation. Likewise, the custodial PNCOs were reminded to coordinate closely to City Health Office to monitor closely the health of every PUPCs.

On May 16, 2026 at about 5:00 PM HRAO PNCO and Custodial Facility Officer of Cabanatuan City Police Station under the direct supervision of PLTCOL RENATO C MORALES, Chief of Police conducted OPLAN GREYHOUND of Person Under Police Custody (PUPCs) and daily Custodial Facility Inspection aimed to check the integrity of the facility to prevent future jailbreak. Further, reminded them about the cleanliness of custodial facility and follow the minimum safety health protocols.
