Daily Accounting of Personnel (PICE)
On August 24, 2026 at about 8:30 AM,PLTCOL RENATO C MORALES, Chief of Police, conducted Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) to nineteen (19) Cabanatuan CPS personnel regarding the Daily Human Rights Reminder, Republic Act 10175, Section 11 Duties of Law Enforcement Authorities and Republic Act 9851 entitled: “An Act Defining and Penalizing Crimes Against International Humanitarian Law, Genocide and Other Crimes Against Humanity Organizing Jurisdiction, Designating Special Courts, and for Related Purposes". Section 6. Other Crimes Against Humanity. - For the purpose of this act, “other crimes against humanity” means any of the following acts when committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with knowledge of the attack: (a) Willful killing; (b) Extermination; (c) Enslavement; (d) Arbitrary deportation or forced transfer of population; (e) Imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty in violation of fundamental rules of international law; (f) Torture; (g) R**e, sexual slavery, enforced prostitution, forced pregnancy, enforced sterilization, or any other form of sexual violence of comparable gravity; (h) Persecution against any identifiable group or collectivity on political, racial, national, ethnic, cultural, religious, gender, sexual orientation or other grounds that are universally recognized as impermissible under international law, in connection with any act referred to in this paragraph or any crime defined in this Act; (i) Enforced or involuntary disappearance of persons; (j) Apartheid; and (k) Other inhumane acts of a similar character intentionally causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health
