🩺 Bukol sa ilalim ng tenga? Baka PAROTID GLAND NODULE na yan!

💡Ano ito?
Ang parotid gland ay gawaan ng laway para makatulong sa pagkain at paglunok. Maaring ito ay benign (hindi cancerous) or malignant (cancerous)

🩹 Mga sintomas ng parotid glan tumor:
- bukol sa gilid ng panga o ilalim ng tenga
- maaring makirot o hindi masakit
- pamamanhid or hindi pantay ang kalahati ng mukha
- hirap sa pagnguya o paglunok

❓Ano ang mga sanhi nito?
- Benign tumor - hindi cancerous na bukol at kadalasan hindi delikado
- Impeksyon - maaring dahil sa viral o bacterial na impeksyon
- Bardong ducts - nagdudulot ng pamamaga ng salivary gland
- Malignant tumor - cancerous na bukol na kadalasan matigas at nagdudulot ng hindi pagpantay ng mukha

🩻 Ano ang kailangan gawin?
Kailangan imbestigahan kung ano ang maaring sanhi upang magamot ng maaga at tama. Ang mga pagiimbestiga ay maaring ultrasound, CT scan, MRI at Fine needle aspiration biopsy (upang malaman kung benign o malignant)

👨 Kailangan dapat magpatingin sa ENT?
- Kung hindi lumiliit ang bukol
- Mabilis na paglaki ng bukol
- Hindi pantay ang mukha o pamamanhid ng mukha
- Hindi nawawalang pamamaga at kirot sa pagkain

‼️ Maaring kumonsulta sa inyong ENT specialist para sa tamang diagnosis at agarang tamang lunas.
