Ang HFMD ay isang nakahahawang sakit na pinaka nakaaapekto sa mga batang edad 5 taon pababa. Nagdudulot ito ng pagpapantal sa kamay, paa, at singaw sa bibig.
Protektahan ang iyong anak laban sa sakit na ito!

✅ Ugaliing maghugas ng kamay
✅ Iwasang hawakan ang mata, ilong, at bibig
✅ Linisin at i-disinfect ang mga kagamitan
✅ Magpakonsulta agad sa pinakamalapit na health center

CHO NAGPAGULA’G HEALTH ADVISORY ARON
MALIKAY SA ACUTE GASTROENTERITIS

NAGPAGULA og public health advisory ang health education and promotion unit sa City Health Office aron malikay nga matakboyan sa sakit nga acute gastroenteritis samtang kamulo pa ang gihimong imbestigasyon ug active surveillance sa buhatan kalabot sa posibleng tinubdan niini.

Partikular nga giaghat sa CHO ang publiko nga mag-obserbar sa mosunod nga precautionary measures:

• Pag-inom sa limpyo ug luwas nga tubig mainom (gipabukal, gitambalan o’ kaha binotelya kon bottled)
• Pagtuman og proper hand washing kon paghugas sa kamot gamit ang sabon ug limpyo nga tubig, ilabina sa dili pa mokaon ug human paggamit sa banyo.
• Siguroha nga ang tanang pagkaon maayo ang pagkaluto ug gihipos sa ensakto.
• Pagpakonsulta gilayon sa pinakaduol nga health facility kung ikaw o’ miyembro sa imong pamilya ang makasinati sa diarrhea, pagsuka-suka, abdominal pain ug hilanat.

Kontaminadong tubig at pagkain ang pangunahing sanhi ng Water and Food borne diseases at bagamat ito’y madaling gamutin hindi tayo dapat magpakampante.

Narito ang mahahalagang impormasyon na dapat nating alamin upang maiwasan at malaman ang mga hakbang kung sakaling tayo ay tamaan ng karamdamang ito.

Public Health Advisory:

September 23, 2025

The City Health Office is currently verifying the reported cases on Acute Gastroenteritis (AGE) cases within the community. Furthermore, our office is gathering data and conducting an investigation and active surveillance to determine the possible source of this rise.

In the meantime, we strongly advise the public to observe the following precautionary measures:

 Consume only safe drinking water (boiled, treated. or bottled).
 Practice proper hand washing with soap and clean water, especially before eating and after using the toilet.
 Ensure that all foods is thoroughly cooked and properly stored.
 Seek immediate medical consultation at the nearest health facility if you or your family members experience diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, or fever.

The City Health Office remains committed to safeguarding public health and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
