Puerto Community Hospital is now offering FREE CONSULTATION for qualified PhilHealth members through our YAKAP KONSULTA Services.

🩺 Available Services:
✅ Free Doctor Consultation
✅ Selected Laboratory Tests
✅ Selected Medicines / Maintenance Medicines
✅ Basic Health Assessment and Monitoring
✅ Referral Assistance when needed

📅 Schedule:
Monday to Thursday
🕘 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM only

📍 Venue:
Puerto Community Hospital

✔️ Active PhilHealth Member
✔️ Present your PhilHealth Number / ID to the assigned personnel for registration
✔️ First come, first served basis
